All Miracoli Rosaries sacramentals are guaranteed for as long as I draw breath and have the use of my hands.

If you ever have any sort of problem with your purchase, send us all of the parts and we will cheerfully repair it for you.   (You pay for shipping to us, and we pay return shipping back to you).  There is never a labor charge ever to repair anything that we’ve made.

If you have a significant loss of parts within three years of purchase, replacement of those parts is free (Crucifix, center, rare beads, etc); after three years, there is a replacement charge.  Since no one enjoys getting blindsided with unexpected charges, we will provide you with a cost estimate beforehand, then proceed as you wish.

Working with blessed sacramentals. Sometimes material loss is unavoidable, but we do everything in our power to maximize preservation.  If your repair requires that blessed materials be replaced (such as wire, a broken bead, etc), be assured that we keep every single bit of your piece and, along with your repaired beads, will return any and all blessed parts to you for burial at the time and place that you choose.  Please keep in mind that our raw materials are not blessed, so you may want to ask your Priest to bless the new components.

REQUIREMENT: You agree to contact us for our current shipping address (we are a mobile military family) and a current item valuation before shipping, as Sterling prices change frequently.  You must track and insure your piece at the time of shipping via an approved shipper (no USPS).  If your beads become lost en route and they were not insured, then the replacement guarantee will unfortunately be nullified. It would be absolutely heartbreaking to be in this situation (you have no idea!), so please help us both by observing this requirement; it’s a good policy that protects us both.
